What are the requirements to open an account?
To open an account, you must meet the following requirements:

- Hold a valid US or foreign ID, such as a foreign or domestic driver’s license, passport, or US state ID
- Have a US phone number
- Have an address in California
What are the minimum and maximum transaction amounts?
CAEX is equipped to handle transactions of various sizes. If you have any inquiries or need information about minimum or maximum limits, please feel free to reach out to us
Can I use a credit or debit card for the transaction?
We currently only complete transactions via cash in our office. We are planning to accept credit or debit card transactions on our website starting in Q3 2024
